Task Change History

The Task Change History feature enables tracking all modifications made to a task. It provides full transparency of the process and control over its progress.

Task Details

Recorded Changes​

The system records:

  • Task status changes
  • User assignments
  • Edits of task fields
  • Addition/editing of attachments
  • Addition of comments

Change Registration Process​

  1. Every user action related to the task is automatically recorded.
  2. Changes are visible in the "Change History" section in the task details.

Effects of Change Registration​

  • The user can review the complete task history.
  • Transparency and process control are improved.

History Preview​

The task details provide a list of all changes with date, user, and change type.
